MBI Distributing announced a voluntary recall of all lots of homeopathic Teething Drops, Nausea Drops, Intestinal Colic Drops, Stomach Calm, Expectorant Cough Syrup, Silver-Zinc Throat Spray, and Argentum Elixir, due to a lack of adequate controls. 

Products manufactured without proper process controls will have different strengths, quality, and purity levels. Individuals who use these products may experience an adverse reaction, especially in at-risk populations such as infants and children. 

The affected products were supplied as oral liquids in sizes ranging from 1 to 8oz, and were distributed to healthcare professionals, retail stores, and consumers. The list of recalled products are as follows:

The Company has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall. Anyone in possession of the recalled product should discontinue use and discard. Adverse reactions related to this recall should be reported to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)’s MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting program.
