Vaginal infections:

Indications for: MONISTAT 3 INSERT COMBINATION PACK

Vulvovaginal candidiasis.

Adult Dosage:

1 supp, 1 insert, or 1 applicatorful (4% crm) intravaginally daily at bedtime for 3 nights. External crm: apply twice daily as needed for up to 7 days.

Children Dosage:

Not recommended.

MONISTAT 3 INSERT COMBINATION PACK Warnings/Precautions:

Concomitant use of contraceptive diaphragm, condoms, or tampons: not recommended. Confirm diagnosis by KOH smears and/or cultures. If ineffective, reevaluate before using another product. Discontinue if irritation develops. Pregnancy. Nursing mothers.
